How All Invited handles what you share. Last updated 26 September 2026.

The short version

All Invited is a private photo album for one celebration. When you share a photo, the people running that event (the hosts) can see it, and — if you leave it set to Public — so can the other guests who have the event link. We don't sell anything, we don't run ads, and we don't need your email address.

What we collect

  • The photos and short videos you choose to share, with any caption you add.
  • Your name, only if you type one in. It's optional.
  • Comments you leave on photos and notes you send to the hosts.
  • A random ID saved in your browser so you can edit or delete your own photos later. It isn't linked to your identity and it stays on your device.
  • Ordinary technical logs (such as your IP address and browser type) that our hosting providers keep for security and to keep the service running.

Who can see it

  • Public photos appear on the event's wall for anyone who has that event's link, and in the hosts' album.
  • Private photos are shown only to the hosts. Guests never see them.
  • The hosts can download, hide, rotate, re-tag or delete any photo from their event, and can hide the public wall entirely if they prefer a private-only album.
  • We never share your photos with anyone else, and we never use them to train anything.

Where it's kept

Photos and event details are stored with Supabase in Sydney, Australia, and the site runs on Vercel. Both are standard, reputable providers who hold the data on our behalf and cannot use it for their own purposes. Photo links are long random addresses rather than being listed anywhere, but anyone who has a specific link can open that photo.

How long we keep it

Photos stay in the event album for as long as the hosts keep the event running, so everyone can revisit the day. The hosts can delete individual photos at any time, and can ask us to remove the whole album once they no longer need it.

Your own photos

On the device you used to share a photo, you can open it from the wall and make it private, hide it, delete it, or change its moment. If you've changed devices or want something removed that someone else shared of you, ask the hosts — they can take it down in seconds.

Children

Many of these events involve children. Please only share photos of other people's children if you'd be comfortable with their parents seeing that you did, and mark them Private if in doubt. Hosts are responsible for how their event's album is shared.

Cookies and tracking

There are no advertising or analytics trackers. The only things stored in your browser are the random ID above and, if you entered one, your name so you don't have to type it again.

The quickest route is always the hosts of your event — their details are on your invitation.
